Kathy is Compass Capital’s Senior Vice President-Administration. She has been with Compass for more than twenty-five years and is responsible for managing the paper flow of the firm’s engagements. She also handles Compass' Information Systems and research functions. Kathy’s voice is usually the first one clients hear, and she always knows where their project stands.
Kathy has been married to her husband, Karl, for nineteen years and they have one son.
