TULLAHOMA, TN—August 24, 2009—Business Card, Inc., a 58 year-old thermography specialist catering to printers, print brokers and specialty advertising distributors, has announced the acquisition of Nashville based Triangle Wholesale Printing & Pad Company, a 77 year-old memo pad, booklet, carbonless form and envelope specialist catering to printers and print brokers. The combined business has successfully merged all operations as of June 29th, 2009 and will maintain the new company in Tullahoma, TN.

LOWELL—August 24, 2009—Today DS Graphics (www.dsgraphics.com) and LVI Print Optimization (www.lvipo.com), formerly known as LaVigne Inc. entered into a definitive asset purchase agreement. The deal is expected to close on Tuesday, August 24th. Business will continue as usual for LVI’s clients at their Worcester, MA facility. Future plans for the combined entity are in development.

NILES, Ill., Jul 06, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Johnson & Quin, a national leader in targeted full service direct mail production and printing services, today announced the successful completion of the acquisition of certain assets, including customer relationships, of Kansas-based InteliMail, a division of Staples Print Solutions. InteliMail offers products and services associated with direct mail production. The transaction is another step in Johnson & Quin's strategy to enhance customer value and grow its business. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Fargo North Dakota-based Knight Printing has merged with Image Printing, Inc. of Bismarck, North Dakota.

Angstrom Leads Buyout of St Ives U.S. Division
HOLLYWOOD, FL—Wayne Angstrom, chairman and CEO of St Ives U.S., is heading the management-led buyout of the division from St Ives plc of London. The deal is valued at $39 million, of which $34 million in cash will be paid upon completion. The consideration also includes a $5 million secured promissory note. The deal is expected to be completed January 21.

PARAMUS, NJ—Jan. 6, 2009—Two trusted names in the graphic communications industry – Clifton-based Premium Color Graphics, Inc. and Carlstadt-based Hand Pack, Inc – have merged to form Premium Color Group LLC (www.premiumcolor.com).
The merger was the logical evolution of an alliance going back over eight years. All three principles, Mark Fitzgerald and John Watson of Premium Color Graphics and Andrew Griffin of Hand Pack, are Managing Partners of the new Premium Color Group.
