We are recognized nationally as a leader in investment banking, valuation services, financial advisory services and management consulting. We have specialized in providing our services to the printing industry and, in fact, our firm was the recipient of NAPL's prestigious Industry Award for 1998 and the Soderstrom Award in 2005. We offer a special emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. Our valuation practice has provided business valuations to hundreds of companies and is respected by the legal and accounting communities. We have completed more than 150 transactions for selling shareholders of companies ranging in size from annual revenues of $5.0 million to more than $450.0 million.

Our success has been rooted in our attention to our clients’ wealth that is invested in their printing companies. We know that wealth represents retirement, college educations and inheritance. We take your wealth and security very seriously.

Representing Selling Shareholders.

A 2001 Federal Reserve Survey of Consumer Finances reported that 50,000 businesses changed hands in 2001. That number grew to 350,000 in 2005 and is projected at 750,000 for 2009. According to the 2008 survey "America's Entrepreneurialist Generation: Exit Planning and the Baby-Boomer Age Wave," 53% of baby-boomer business owners intend to exit in the next nine years. Only one in seven plans to pass their business on to a family member. We have completed more than 150 M&A transactions and we understand the emotional and the business sides of selling your business. Call us if you want to confidentially discuss these factors.
